The leadership team at Lauvers is made up of three elders and three pastors. Current elders include Eric Brubaker, Mike Clark, and Daryl Ebersole Eric Brubaker and his wife Michelle have three children. Eric is a partner in a dairy and poultry operation. Eric enjoys leading worship and special music. Mike Clark joined the team as an elder in 2006. Mike and his wife Beth have three children. Mike teaches vocational agriculture in the Greenwood school district. Mike loves to teach and speak. Daryl and his wife Vonda have three daughters. Daryl operates a construction business. Pastor Glenn Lauver and his wife Rhonda operate a dairy farm. They have two daughters. Glenn enjoys counseling work and speaking. Pastor Elvin Ranck and his wife Charlotte live in Mifflin and operate an organic dairy farm. Elvin is the executive director of Living Hope International, a mission in Ghana, West Africa. Living Hope serves orphans, provides medical care and provides teaching and support for pastors and churches. Pastor John and his wife Susan live in McAlisterville and have been serving since 1994. Their family includes five children. Pastor J enjoys speaking, counseling, and fishing the Chesapeake Bay. Pastor J is bi-vocational, working half time as a physician at Juniata Valley Occupational Health in Lewistown.
